Promo Terms and Conditions:

Promotion Period is from May 5 until August 15, 2008.
GE Money Bank, Inc. (A Savings Bank), hereinafter referred to as “GE MONEY BANK ” is conducting a Promotion (“Promo”) whereby all Personal Loan applications who are approved (“Participants”) shall be entitled to either interest rebates or a free item under the conditions stated below.
To join, the Participant must submit a duly completed Personal Loan Application Form and supporting documents within the Promotion Period and must be availed on or before August 15, 2008.
Participants shall be informed of their successful application by GE MONEY BANK.
Upon availment of the loan, Participant will be shown the Scratch and Win Card (“Card”). From the Card, the Participant will scratch off the box of his choice to reveal the interest rebate or free item he is entitled to.
Interest rebates are as follows:
1. 3 months interest rebate + Cellphone cleaner
2. 6 months interest rebate + Cellphone cleaner
3. Full interest rebate + Cellphone cleaner
Free items are as follows:
- GE Water Tumbler
- GE Umbrella
- GE Jacket
- GE Messenger Bag
Participant can win either the interest rebate only with the cellphone cleaner or the free item only, but not both.
For the free item, Participants can claim the item immediately from the branch where their loan has been disbursed.
For the interest rebate, Participants will receive the interest rebate only upon full payment of loan at maturity date. They can claim the Cellphone cleaner giveaway immediately from the branch where their loan has been disbursed.
To be qualified to receive the interest rebate, Participants must ensure that their monthly amortizations are paid on time and never been past due throughout the entire term of their loan.
In the event that Participant’s loan account falls past due (ie. amortization was not paid on time) at any point during their loan term, Participant will be ineligible for the interest rebate.
The Promo does not apply to:
1. Participants who pre-terminate an existing Personal Loan account and apply for a new Personal Loan within the Promotion Period;
2. Participants who pre-terminate their loan before maturity;
3. Participants who avail of a Personal Loan Top-Up; and
4. Participants who are subscribed to the GE Money Bank Salary Loan Program.
Employees of GE Money Bank, its affiliates and advertising agencies, and relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are not qualified to join the promo.
In case of dispute, the decision of GE Money Bank, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be deemed final.
