Promo Terms and Conditions:

Apply for a GE Money Bank Home Loan nationwide except in Cebu branches (special home loan promo on-going in Cebu branches), and avail of its FREE TV promo. (Standard approval, application process and policies apply.)
Promo period is from February 9, 2009 to April 30, 2009.
The promo is open for the following home loan purposes:
- Purchase of a house and lot
- Purchase of a townhouse
- Purchase of a residential lot with construction
- Purchase of a condominium unit
- Construction of a house (qualified only after meeting the required minimum loan amount)
- Renovation, improvement, or expansion of a house
- Refinancing of an existing home loan
- Reimbursement of a home loan acquisition cost
- Home Equity Loan
The loan amount should be at least P1,200,000.00 in order to qualify for the promo.
Minimum loan tenor of 10 years and maximum of 20 years (10 years for lot only).
Only those Home Loan applied within the promo period, subsequently approved, and availed no later than June 30, 2009 will be eligible to receive for FREE a choice of 40-inch LCD TV, Samsung model: LA40A550 or Sony Bravia model: KLV40S400A for loans P3,500,000.00 and above, or; a choice of 32-inch LCD TV, Samsung model: LA32A450 or Sony Bravia model: KLV32S400A for loans P1,200,000.00 to less than P3,500,000, whichever is applicable. (Subject to TV model availability)
If the chosen FREE TV model applicable for the client’s loan amount is unavailable, the Bank will provide a TV unit with the same brand and closest specifications with the same value.
Delivery of the FREE TV is free in Metro Manila, CALABARZON area, and in VisMin areas where there is a GE Money Bank branch. For deliveries outside the vicinity of the specified areas, the client shall make arrangements with WESTERN MARKETING (Sony and Samsung TV distributor) directly and shoulder all delivery costs.
Deliveries made in VisMin areas shall be coursed through the provincial branches of GE Money Bank.
GE Money Bank shall provide the qualified client with color-coded delivery vouchers and delivery procedures for the orderly and efficient delivery of the FREE TV.
The specified FREE TVs are not convertible to cash, exchangeable to the other choice once identified on the Delivery Voucher, upgradeable to a higher model, nor are they exchangeable to another appliance.
Prevailing Bank’s Home Loan rate at the time of loan availment shall be applied. Documentary taxes shall apply.
All pre-payments will be subject to a P5,000.00 processing fee. If client pre-pays 30% or more of the outstanding loan amount on or before the 3rd year, he/she will be required to pay the full amount of 40-inch or 32-inch FREE TV, whichever is applicable.
Employees of GE Money Bank are eligible to join as long as the loan SHALL NOT fall under the employee’s financial plan. For Officers of GE Money Bank, the BSP rules on Directors, Officers, Stockholders and their Related Interests will apply.
These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government direction and regulation. The promotion will be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
