Make your home a GE Home Promotion Mechanics

1. Apply for a GE Money Bank “Make your home a GE Home” loan. (Standard approval application process and policies apply.)

2. Promo extension period is from April 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008.

3. The loan promo is open to individual accounts applying for a Home Loan for the following purposes only:
• Purchase of a residential lot
• Purchase of a house and lot
• Purchase of a townhouse
• Purchase of a condominium unit
• Construction of a house
• Renovation, improvement or expansion of a house
• Refinancing of an existing home loan
• Cash-Out (Personal Consumption or Minor Home Renovation)
• Reimbursement of a home loan acquisition cost

4. The loan amount should be at least P1,000,000.00 in order to qualify for the “Make your home a GE Home” promo.

5. Minimum loan tenor of 10 years and maximum of 20 years (10 years for lot only).

6. Prevailing bank rate at the time of loan availment shall be applied. Documentary stamp taxes shall also be included.

7. Only those Home Loan accounts applied, duly approved within the promo period, and disbursed will be eligible to receive a 0.36 m ³ (12 cu. ft.) Stainless Steel Top Mount GE Profile ^TM Refrigerator model: PTV12SATRSS for loans P1,500,000.00 and above, or a 0.03 m ³ (1.1 cu. ft.) Stainless Steel GE Microwave Oven model: JEI884PESS for loans P1,000,000.00 to P1,499,999.99, whichever is applicable.

8. Delivery of the GE Profile ^TM Refrigerator and the GE Microwave Oven is free in cities where a GE Money Bank branch is available. For cities without a GE Money Bank branch, the client will be the one to arrange with CYA Industries, Inc. (official distributor of GE Appliances) and shoulder all delivery costs.

9. The GE Profile ^TM Refrigerator and the GE Microwave Oven is not convertible to cash or upgradeable to a higher model nor are they exchangeable to another appliance.

10. All pre-payments will be subject to a P5,000.00 processing fee. If client pre-pays 30% or more of the outstanding loan amount before the 3rd year he/she will be required to pay the full amount of the GE Profile ^TM Refrigerator or the GE Microwave Oven, whichever is applicable.

11. All staff employees of GE Money Bank EXCEPT officers are eligible to join as long as the loan SHALL NOT fall under the employee’s financial plan.

12. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government direction and regulation. The promotion will be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
