  • Must be knowledgeable in banking/commercial laws and jurisprudence

AUDIT
AUDIT MANAGER
  • Accounting graduate, preferably with certification - CPA, CFSA or CIA
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in auditing preferably gained from an international auditing firm
  • Must have an industry experience (banking,finance) including its regulatory and control framework
  • Must have a basic understanding in accounting - management accounts, statutory accounts and familiarity with US accounting framework

TRUST BANKING
TRADING AND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT OFFICER
  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • With 3-5 years relevant trust banking, treasury or investment management experience § With strong understanding of trust products and services and knowledge on markets and investments
  • Preferably trained on the Trust Operations and Investment Management Course conducted by the Trust Institute Foundation of the Phils.
  • Preferably a CFA Level I Charterholder or with Treasury or UITF trainor certification
  • With excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
TRUST SALES OFFICER
  • Graduate of any four-year business course
  • With at least 3-5 years Trust Banking sales experience. Knowledge of Portfolio Investments, Trust operations, and Wealth Management, an advantage
  • With strong sales negotiation and influencing skills
  • Preferably a graduate of the One-year Course on Trust Operations and Investment Management conducted by Trust Institute of the Philippines
  • With excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of management

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER
  • Must be a CPA
