- Select "PIN CHANGE" button to change your Personal Identification Number (P.I.N)
- Enter your new 6-digit Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.).
- Re-enter your new 6-digit Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.).
- Get your transaction receipt and GE Money ATM card after the ATM transaction.
How to Inquire for Last 5 Transactions - Insert your GE Money Bank card in the ATM.
- Enter your 6-digit Personal Identification Number (P.I.N).
- Select "Others" from the ATM screen.
- Select "Last 5 tran" button to check your last 5 transactions.
- Select the account number you wish to inquire.
- Select "Yes" button to get a printed receipt.
- Select "No" button to display the last 5 transactions on the ATM screen.
- Get your transaction receipt and GE Money Bank ATM card after the ATM transactions.
How to Request for Statement of Account - Enter your 6-digit Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.).
- Select "Statement Request" from the ATM screen.
- Select "Current Month" or "Previous Month" button.
- Get your transaction receipt and GE Money Bank ATM card after the ATM transaction.
- Verify from the Branch Operations Officer when you could claim your requested statement of account.
How to Request for a Checkbook (Only available for Current Account) - Enter your 6-digit Personal Identification Number (P.I.N).
- Select "Checkbook Request" from the ATM screen.
- Get your transaction receipt and GE Money Bank ATM card after the ATM transaction.
- Verify from the Branch Operations Officer when you could claim your requested checkbook.
Reminders for ATM Cardholders - Memorize Your ATM PIN - Never write it on a piece of paper or write it at the back of the ATM card. Keep your ATM PIN secret and confidential from other people. If it is compromised (i.e. known to other people), cardholders are advised to change their PIN immediately. Cardholders must also change the system generated ATM PIN (PIN mailer form) when they first get their ATM cards. A replacement ATM card will be issued to cardholders who forget their ATM PIN.
- Report Lost or Stolen ATM Cards Immediately - ATM cards must be kept in a secure and safe place. Lost or stolen ATM cards that are reported to the Bank will be "blocked" and prevented from accessing the ATM system. Cardholders may request for a replacement ATM card from their branch of account.
- Report Failed or Debited ATM Withdrawals Immediately - Failed or debited ATM withdrawals will be adjusted and corrected once the ATM transactions have been verified. Cardholders are advised to report these incidents to the Customer Service or their respective branch of account.
- ATM Network Service Fees - A minimal ATM network service fee will be charged to the cardholder for ATM withdrawals or inquiry is done using Megalink or Bancnet ATMs. Cardholders are encouraged to do their ATM transactions using GE Money Bank ATMs.
- Make your ATM Transactions Easier by Planning Wisely - Keep your ATM transactions short and brief. Always make a balance inquiry before doing any ATM withdrawals. Avoid using the ATM during "heavy" transaction periods (i.e. Paydays, weekends, long holidays, etc).
- Practice Security and Safety during ATM Transactions - If possible do your ATM transactions during the day at well-guarded ATM locations. Inspect the ATM for suspicious looking foreign objects before using it. Be alert and conscious of other people during your ATM transaction. Immediately keep your ATM card, cash, and transaction record after using the ATM.
